    I have tried so many times to open my account at Bsnl with my e-mail and its Password whic I am using for other purposes without any difficulty because my e-mail and Password are absolutely genuine and correct. But in the case of Bsnl, I am unable to login. When ever I tried to login at Bsnl, every times, I recieved a feed back. E-mail and Password are not correct.

    Now, I want to know from you, what I have to do to open any account of Bsnl.

      I have taken a Broadband connection in the name of my elder son Mr. Saquib Ansari whose Consume ID is sa2350090 (0376). Now a days whenever I try to open Selfcare Portal at Selfcare. ecdrid.Bsnl.co.in ‘ to know my unbilled usage ‘ I faild to open the same. Every time it open the page sdcrid in place of ecdrid.
      Please help me ‘ how I can open the page “ecdrid

    Please note you have to login to self care link of the Region you belong to. Ex: I belong to Westzone and I’m trying to login using any other zone URL the system will throw Error. It seems the Data is not Centralized and split according to the Zones.

  3. sir/madam while logging in using my id and password, unable to logging in it shows password is incorrect. By using forgot password i got new password and when I put that it also showing same problem. I want to know how much internet I used.

    Sir I took 1090 rs 8 mbps speed 60 gb unlimited but I am getting only 1.5 mbps speed. Why?

  5. Recently registered with selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in portal and already logged in twice in first week of Jan17. It seems now a days this site is not opening. What to do to find out broadband usage?
