STEP-3: Now again open the selfcare portal and put your User ID & Password over there and then login. A new window known as Selfacre Home will open with your information.
To check your Billed or Un-billed broadband data usage you have to click on Service tab on the top left corner. You will see this window:
Now Click on Check My Broadband Billed Usage Details or Check My Broadband Unbilled Usage Details to check your billed or unbilled data usage.
STEP-4: When you click on Check My Broadband Billed Usage Details, the next window will be like:
You have to simply select telephone number and one of the invoice from last 12 months arranged in Latest to Oldest order and click GO to check the usage.
But when you click on Check My Broadband unbilled Usage Details, the next window will be like:
You have to simply select telephone number and from & to date for period and click GO to check the usage.
It is suggested that, the BSNL Broadband Internet customers having Limited Usage broadband plan can have a regular check with the said online portal for their Broadband Usage to avoid huge bills.
